What are the rate limits for API requests?
Our Mesurz API rate limits are 20K requests per month for free. If you need higher limits, please contact our support team.
How do I set up OAuth for my Mesurz application?
To set up OAuth, follow the steps provided in our Mesurz OAuth Setup Guide, which include registering your application and get client credentials.
Can I access a sandbox environment for testing in Mesurz?
Yes, we provide a sandbox environment for testing in Mesurz. You can access it by going to api.mesurz.com/sandbox/v1/monitor at the base API URL. The sandbox environment allows you to test without affecting production data and has an unlimited API limit (120req/minute).
Where can I find logs and reports for API errors?
Error logs and reports are available from your Mesurz account dashboard under the Settings > API > Logs section.
How is data secured when using the Mesurz REST API?
To ensure encryption in transit, Mesurz transmits all data via HTTPS. We also provide configurable CORS rules and safe access via ports 80 and 443. Please check Domain > Whitelisting > Authorised Domains.
